We find that in fitness, there are a seemingly unlimited number of ways to get started. Endless amounts of information, workouts, diets/nutrition plans, supplements. Combing through all of this data can be overwhelming and can lead to information exhaustion; which in turn, will lead to incorrect fitness for your body type. Here at L.I.F.E., we’ve developed a system that both simple and effective. Our process works as so:
First, you will start off with a sit down questionnaire with one of L.I.F.E.’s certified Personal Trainers.
Second you will receive a full body scan on our state of the art Fit3D Infra Red body scanner. Here you will learn every little measurement about yourself to include neck, chest, arms, waist, hips and legs. You will also learn about your balance/posture and receive an estimated Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). BMR is calculated in calories and is the approximate amount your body burns at rest. This is a VERY important factor to know about your body as it will dictate how much and what you can eat throughout the day on your journey to your fitness goals.
