What Is Butts & Guts?
Get ready to get groovy because the Butts and Guts small group training session at L.I.F.E. Health and Fitness Center is set to music. It is a class that combines core exercises and lower body exercises to help strengthen and tone these areas. Say goodbye to that flabby fanny and that extra gut that looms long after Thanksgiving.
This 1-hour class is offered on Mondays and Saturdays.

Additionally, we offer meal planning, nutrition and diet products, personal training, and youth athletic training — just to name a few. One thing that makes our gym unique is our after school program. School age kids can participate in activities while parents work out so that everyone burns some energy.
