What Is Boxing?
When it comes to boxing as a form of fitness training, we use the Fight for L.I.F.E. Boxing Program. It’s high energy. It’s small and intense. It’s practically a fight club. This program is fit for both beginners and advanced boxers. With no more than eight members permitted per class, each person has the opportunity to learn real boxing techniques and get in fighter-shape as they do the workouts that real fighters do.

Group training in our boxing class is motivational, fun, and technical.
A small group class means you’re surrounded by people who want to hold you accountable. Whether it’s your peers in the class or the instructors, there will be structure and accountability every step of the way. You’ll push yourself past limits you never thought possible.
When you take a step back and think about it, boxing is really fun! Sure, it’s one heck of a sweat-filled workout, but most of our members walk out of class with a smile on their face when it’s done.
Our instructors each have more than 40 years of boxing workout experience. That means these classes will be filled with technical workouts so you can challenge yourself to learn how to really box. And since it’s in a group setting, you can do it with others who have the same mindset as you.
