BOOTCAMP

1 hr On Saturdays

Our indoor bootcamp is a circuit style dynamic group workout. In less than an hour, you're going to find support and motivation from those around you as our instructors push you past what you think you're capable of.

Boxing

1 hr On Mon & Sat

“Fight for L.I.F.E Boxing Program” is a high energy program designed for both beginner and advanced fitness levels. The instructors are all certified with over 40 years of experience. The classes are semi private and consist of no more than eight people per class. So not only is the program challenging but you actually learn real boxing techniques, do the workouts that fighters do, and get in shape like a world class fighter.

Butts & Guts

1 hr On Mon & Sat

A fun new way to get your rear in gear. Set to music, this class is the perfect combination of lower extremity and core exercises designed to strengthen and tone you butt and gut.

Conditioning Upper Body

1 hr On Mondays

This entry level class is designed to strengthen, condition and add definition to your upper body. Time to get your arms, chest, core and back ready for anything L.I.F.E. brings your way.

Conditioning Lower Body

1 hr On Wednesdays

This entry level class targets your lower body. Feel the burn in your quads, hamstrings and glutes as your learn how to properly execute squats, lunges and other exercises that will build strength and add definition.

Conditioning Full Body

1 hr On Fridays

This entry level class entry gives you a little bit of everything. Target all your major muscles groups of the upper and lower body. Burn calories with a mixture of cardio and resistance training.

Insanity

1 hr On Tues, Thurs, Sat

INSANITY™ is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights needed. You don’t have to be in extreme shape– levels of each exercise are provided.

PIYO

1 hr On Wed, Sun

PIYO – combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. PIYO is a registered trademark.
