“Fight for L.I.F.E Boxing Program” is a high energy program designed for both beginner and advanced fitness levels. The instructors are all certified with over 40 years of experience. The classes are semi private and consist of no more than eight people per class. So not only is the program challenging but you actually learn real boxing techniques, do the workouts that fighters do, and get in shape like a world class fighter.

INSANITY™ is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights needed. You don’t have to be in extreme shape– levels of each exercise are provided.

SGPT – Is a unique approach to helping people target their fitness goals. It is a comprehensive program that focuses on mobility, flexibility, and the basic strength training principles. Instructors will lead you through functional exercises and easy to follow exercise progressions that provide a safe yet challenging workout.
